We are hiring "Multiple position" Dlbeen Group, a leading company in Pharmaceuticals, Dermatological Aesthetics, Hair Care Products, Medical Devices and Consumer Healthcare, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Medical Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Promotion and Sales Execution: Conduct regular scientific detailing visits to introduce, educate, and drive sales with Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, Derma-clinic, Pharmacies. Effectively communicate product benefits and clinical data, positioning the products as solutions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship and Support: Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships. Actively follow up on customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues related to product performance or distribution. 3. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends within the specified fields. Regularly submit detailed sales performance reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team. 4. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure effective communication with the logistics, drug stores and supply chain teams to facilitate timely and accurate product delivery to clients. 5. Professional Development and Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new developments in assigned fields through internal training, industry conferences, and independent study. Represent the company at industry events, scientific forums, and customer engagements to elevate the company’s reputation and brand presence.
