📢 We Are Hiring – Medical Team Leader 💊👩⚕️ 📍 Location: Erbil Job Summary: The Medical Team Leader is responsible for leading and supervising a team of medical representatives, ensuring sales targets are achieved, territories are managed efficiently, and all activities comply with pharmaceutical and healthcare standards. This role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring, and coordinating medical sales activities across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Key Responsibilities: 👥 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and team sales targets 🗺️ Assign territories, monitor activities, and ensure coverage of hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies 🤝 Support team members in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals 📚 Provide coaching, training, and guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance 📊 Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and corrective actions 🔍 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies 📝 Ensure accurate reporting of activities, performance, and forecasts 🔄 Coordinate with internal departments on product availability, promotions, and medical information ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations 📅 Organize team meetings, workshops, and field visits to enhance productivity and collaboration Qualifications & Skills: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field 💼 Proven experience in medical sales and team leadership 🏆 Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills 🎯 Goal-oriented with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets 🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills ⚡ Ability to manage multiple territories and prioritize tasks effectively 💊 Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare regulations, and medical practices 🏠 Native Kurdish speaker, fluent in Arabic and English How to Apply: 📩 Submit your CV to: [email protected] 📝 Subject line: Team Leader Application #All_Medical_Jobs
