🔷 We’re Hiring – HR Officer 🏥 Organization: The English Hospital (Non-Profit Hospital) 📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq ⏰ Job Type: Full-Time 👤 Vacancies: 1 Male The English Hospital is looking for a qualified HR Officer to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Iraqi labor law, maintaining accurate records, assisting in recruitment, and contributing to staff development and employee relations. The ideal candidate must be computer literate and proficient in HRIS systems to optimize HR processes. 📝 Key Responsibilities 🤝 Assist the HR Manager in HR operations and policy implementation ⏱️ Monitor attendance, leave, and punctuality of all hospital employees, including medical and administrative staff 📅 Coordinate and manage shift schedules for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure optimal coverage ⚖️ Identify HR issues and implement solutions aligned with Iraqi labor law (1987 Labor Law & 2015 amendments) 💼 Support recruitment processes: job advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks 🗂️ Maintain HR records, manage leave, and ensure proper archiving ✍️ Assist in drafting contracts and updating HR procedures 🎓 Support staff evaluations, training, and onboarding processes ✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding attendance, shift adherence, and performance monitoring 🎓 Qualifications 🎓 BA/MSc in Business Administration, Law, Sociology (HR focus preferred) 💼 2–4 years of experience in HR, legal, or paralegal roles 📜 Knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law (1987 Labor Law & 2015 amendments) 🖥️ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻 Experience with HRIS systems 🌐 Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish 📊 Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills 🕒 Ability to monitor and manage staff attendance, shifts, and schedules effectively 📩 How to Apply Email your application to [email protected] with the subject HR Officer – Code 0002 📲 Or via Telegram: 0750 968 9090 🗓 Application Deadline: 04 April 2026 #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
