KNE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliable and safe operation of elevators and escalators in Northern Iraq. The role involves leading maintenance execution, diagnosing faults, and ensuring high equipment uptime.
Maintenance Supervisor (North) Full-Time | Field-Based (Iraq – North) At KNE, we operate in a mission-critical environment where reliability, safety, and disciplined execution define our success. Every unit must perform. Every fault must be solved. Every action must protect customer trust. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who takes full ownership of field performance. This is not a coordination role. This is a technical leadership and accountability role. Success in this position means: High equipment uptime Fast, accurate fault resolution A disciplined, high-performing maintenance team Strong customer confidence in every interaction Role Purpose The Maintenance Supervisor owns the performance of all assigned units and leads field execution to ensure: Reliable and safe operation of elevators and escalators Elimination of recurring faults through root cause analysis Disciplined execution of preventive and corrective maintenance Strong team accountability and performance You are responsible for turning field activity into controlled, measurable performance. What You Will Do Own the reliability and performance of all assigned units and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time Lead and drive maintenance execution with full accountability for quality, safety, and efficiency Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults and ensure correct, long-term solutions Manage and prioritize maintenance and emergency tickets to minimize downtime Drive team discipline by assigning work, tracking execution, and holding technicians accountable Ensure full closure of CPSI inspections and maintenance remarks within defined timelines Coordinate with Planning, Installation, Spare Parts, and Call Center to ensure service continuity Own the handover process from Installation to Maintenance with full operational readiness Monitor team performance using systems and dashboards and take corrective action where needed Resolve customer issues with clear communication and strong follow-up Develop team capability through coaching, technical guidance, and feedback Technical Expectations Strong ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and identify root causes Ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure Proper use of diagnostic tools and systems Accurate and clear technical reporting reflecting actual field conditions What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related) Experience in maintenance (preferably elevators or electromechanical systems) Experience leading technical teams Strong problem-solving and field decision-making capability Ability to read technical drawings and use technical systems/software Arabic (required) | English (intermediate) How You Will Succeed You will succeed in this role if you: Take full ownership of results, not just tasks Act quickly and decisively in critical situations Build a disciplined, accountable team Solve problems at the root — not temporarily Maintain high standards under pressure Working Conditions This is a field-driven role across multiple sites, requiring: Active supervision of field operations Readiness for emergency response and on-call situations Full adherence to safety and quality standards To apply, please send your CV to: [email protected]
