Managing warehouse and inventory data in Sulaymaniyah. Requires proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and KeyShot, and knowledge of Kurdish or Arabic. Working hours: 7 am - 5 pm.
we are looking to hire below position: Position Details: • Job Title: Administrator and Warehouse Data Controller • Name of the company: Bahar group • Duty Station Sulaymaniyah – Tanjaro • Working Hours Full Time/ 6 days in week • Function / Department / Section Supply Chain. • Directly Reporting To / Line Manager Warehouse Controller + Admin Officer • Language Requirements (if applicable) Excellent in Arabic and Kurdish and good in English language Job Purpose: Administrator and WH Data Controller typically work in a warehouse to ensure the movement of goods through the warehouse, are responsible for the day-to-day activities of running controlling the warehouse data and Inventory Management system. A wide degree of competency in computer programming is required for this position, also responsible for responding to sales inquiries, filing reports, managing employees, and providing creative solutions to discrepancies. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. The incumbent will manage the day to day warehouse and inventory data including, the daily dispatch on Amin System in Arabic interface – receiving dispatch request and confirming the daily dispatches on the system and physically in the warehouse – compare the issued invoice for dispatching with the transaction on the system. 2. Forward the dispatch request to the Warehouse team for preparation. 3. Entry of the Packing List for the new arrivals and making sure that the items on the packing list are matching with the arrivals 100% and highlight any defies (Damages or shortage) to Finance Inventory accountant in the warehouse. 4. Assist the regular inventory checking with the team – handling the inventory in the warehouse. 5. Organize the WH stock with labeling and marking according to the agreed labeling system with the warehouse controller. 6. Control the safety and security of the warehouses – assist the Admin. Manager in the daily security and safety check. 7. Control the movement of the vans on daily basis and control their expenses (Fuel and Maintenance). 8. Prepare daily and weekly reports to the WH controller on the WH stock-taking – expired or near expiry items – taking action with the WH on the physical placing of the near expiry items in the store for immediate dispatching. 9. Assist in implanting the FIFO (First IN First OUT) and EFO (Expiry First Out) in the warehouses and on the system. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Experience in Data Entry for at least 2 years (preferable in FMCG) flexibility and adaptability skills Good communication Skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Requirements: Excellent in Arabic and Kurdish skill and good in English language skills Solid computer skills include MS Office (word, excel, power point ) Working experience in the warehouse environment is a must.
