Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations 2. Coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and presentation standards 3. Manage inventory control, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies 4. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards 5. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service 6. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management Requirements: 1. Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience 2. 2–5 years of experience in a kitchen coordination or supervisory role 3. Excellent organizational and communication skills 4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 5. In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards Preferred Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments 2.
