Visual Merchandiser Supervisor opportunity in Erbil Shopping Shop -Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate a team of visual merchandisers. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. -Visual Merchandising Execution: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and guidelines. Create visually compelling and cohesive merchandise displays that align with the brand's image and marketing objectives. Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all stores. -Store Layout and Design: Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and in-store signage. Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to design promotional displays and seasonal themes. Ensure optimal product placement to maximize customer engagement and sales. -Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory management and purchasing teams to ensure appropriate stock levels for displays. Monitor and adjust displays based on inventory levels and sales performance. -Market and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Conduct regular market research to identify new visual merchandising techniques and opportunities. -Budget Management: Manage the visual merchandising budget and allocate resources efficiently. -Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials for visual merchandising staff. -Quality Control: Regularly visit stores to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record of creating successful visual merchandising displays in a retail environment.
