Seeking a responsible Tender Specialist in Erbil to handle full tendering processes, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, experience in tendering/procurement preferred, with proficiency in English and Kurdish.
Position: Tender Specialist Location: Erbil Rubar Company for General Contracting Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to manage the full tendering process — from finding opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals.
