Noon for Renewable Energy is Iraq's premier supplier of solar energy products and sole supplier of CHISAGE ESS products. We are currently looking for professionals for the following positions. 1- Sales Engineer: Main Tasks: Create and maintain professional relationships with customers and prospective clients Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate deals Seek out new sales leads and stay informed about new projects and establish contact with customers Your Profile: 0-2 years experience in sales. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Fluency in Arabic and English Must have a persistent and positive attitude Must be able to take initiatives 2- Marketing Officer Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. - Manage both online and offline marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, and traditional media. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. - Track campaign performance and report on ROI. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role. - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 3- Technical Engineer Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field. - Provide customer support and technical assistance. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and technical specifications. Requirements: - Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical maintenance, ideally in solar systems. - Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring. - Strong problem-solving skills. 4- Call Center Agent Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. - Provide accurate information about products and services. - Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. - Greet visitors and support front desk operations. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with call management systems. - Organized and professional demeanor.
