Position : General Manager Client: Clothing Retail Company No. of Positions: 1 Location: Sulaymaniyah/Iraq Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Contract Duration: 1 year Salary: To be discussed during interview. ■ Summary: Business Highway LLC is looking to hire a General Manager for one of its clients in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. If you have the necessary skill sets and demonstrated managing experience in the clothing industry across Iraq, then we would like to hear from you! Female candidates are encouraged to apply. ■ Scope of Work and Responsibilities: » Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals » Mentor and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives » Set and maintain timeline objectives to ensure tasks are accomplished on time » Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans » Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values » Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved » Any other duties required for the success of the client company. ■ Education Background: » Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management or a related field » Master’s degree a plus ■ Skills and Qualifications: » Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic languages. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills » Proven experience in managerial roles » Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills » Demonstrated team management experience. » Has five years of similar work experience as General Manager or 7 years as branch manager. » Working knowledge of human resources processes. » Previous performance evaluation experience » Must have means of transportation. ■ Preferred Qualifications: » Fluency in English language is an asset » Experience in managing teams of more than 25 people is preferred. » Willingness and ability to travel » Relevant experience in the clothing industry ■ Send your CV and Motivation Letter to : [email protected] » Please include successful projects which you have worked on. » Only PDF or WORD formats will be considered. » SUBJECT line should read (General Manager) #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
