Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager at Aspire, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing services for our clients while also managing the agency's art and marketing team. Your primary role will be to drive client success and growth through effective digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all digital marketing-related activities. o Understand each client's unique goals and business objectives and tailor digital marketing strategies to meet their specific needs. o Manage client expectations and regularly provide performance reports and insights. 2. Digital Marketing Strategy: o Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, S.E.O , content marketing, and more. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that can benefit clients. 3. Team Management: o Lead, motivate, and coach the agency's art and digital marketing team, ensuring that they are aligned with the agency's goals and deliver high-quality work. o Oversee project allocation, workload management, and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to excel. 4. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients, closely monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as necessary. o Collaborate with team members to create compelling digital assets and content that drive engagement and conversions. 5. Budget Management: o Develop and manage digital marketing budgets for clients, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively. o Track and report on campaign expenses, ROI, and overall performance. 6. Analytics and Reporting: o Utilize various analytics tools to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights to clients and the agency. o Generate regular reports that demonstrate the impact of digital marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
