The Sulaimanyiah-based International Real Estate Company is commencing its search for a (Customer Relationship Manager) (CRM) to join its team Hiring Customer Relationship Manager-Real Estate Experience Needed: 3 years Career Level:Manager & Customer Service N.Candidate: 4 Education Level:Bachelor's Degree Salary:Confidential Job Categories: Customer -Service Support Operations -Management °Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all company  residential projects . °development  and implement the CRM policies and procedures that meet the business needs & clients requirements. °Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company to make decisions regarding the current resource. °Manage day-to-day operations while dealing with various clients. °Investigate customers'problems and find solutions assisting clients with the property after-sales and development. °Manage hand over and fit-out process of projects. °Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals. °Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. °Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
