Seeking an HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and ensure compliance with labor laws in Erbil.

We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team members. *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team in Erbil. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts promptly and effectively. - Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans. - Administer compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Promote a positive work environment and company culture. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the food & beverage sector and or holding companies. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is preferred. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience to [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
