Experience coordinator needed for a luxury car showroom in Kazo, responsible for environment management, customer service, and operational coordination.
Customer Experience Coordinator Department: Showroom operations Location: KAZO Luxury Car Showroom Job Summary: The role of a showroom Experience coordinator is critical in delivering a superior customer experience. Job Responsibilities: 1. Showroom Environment Management: • Ensure the showroom ambiance is consistent with KAZO’s luxury standards to maintain a refined, and comfortable environment. • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the showroom. • Coordinating with the maintenance staff to address minor imperfections and repairs. 2. Customer Engagement and Service: • Greet all customers with a friendly, and professional attitude and guide them to the appropriate sales representative/ employee. • Record customer data, including names, contact information, and preferences for follow-up (customer profiles, VIP status). • Hand guests gifts as part of the showroom’s exclusive experience. • Ensure customers are treated with the highest level of care and attention throughout their visit, ensuring their every need is met. 3. Operations and Coordination: • Work closely with the barista to ensure beverages are served promptly, maintaining a focus on presentation and quality. • Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of the customer bathrooms, • Coordinate with the maintenance staff to ensure all showroom equipment (such as screens, speakers, lighting) are functioning properly and consistently creating a luxury atmosphere. • Propose showroom staff uniforms (cleaning staff, Barista, and general appearance for the sales team) Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience in a similar role. • Bilingual proficiency is required (Arabic, Kurdish) English is a plus. • Exceptional organization and coordination skills. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring showroom displays and operations meet the highest standards. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional appearance and good grooming to represent KAZO's premium brand.
