Seeking an HR & Finance Admin for an international company in Basra, responsible for HR operations, payroll, taxation, liaising with banks and authorities, and supporting finance activities.
An international company in Basra is seeking a qualified and motivated "HR & Finance Administrator". 📌 Key Responsibilities for the HR & Finance Administrator role: - Manage day-to-day HR operations and implement HR administrative processes. - Handle monthly payroll, tax, and social security clearances. - Liaise with local banks, tax authorities, and social security institutions. - Support finance-related activities, including payroll tax computation and coordination with HQ teams. - Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate financial and HR records. 🎓 Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Oil & Gas experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of local tax and social security regulations. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Excellent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking). 📍 Location: Basra, Iraq 🕓 Type: Full-time 📩 Interested candidates are invited to share their CVs and supporting documents to: 📧 [email protected]
