Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive Company: Profix Location: Sulaimaniya Salary: Negotiable Responsibilities: -Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our construction maintenance services. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. -Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. -Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. -Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. -Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. -Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. -Attend trade shows and industry conferences to represent the company. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. -Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry. -Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
