Hertz – Cihan Rent a Car announces an opening for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative! We require 4 Male candidates for our customer representative role. This role is based in Erbil, Iraq.   Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone. Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner Initiate rental contract based on customer reservations or on-the-spot need Provide directions and general assistance. Assess condition of rental vehicle upon return Process returns, check-ins Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional extras such as additional insurance & equipment. Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned.   Desired Candidate Profile The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, supporting their branch and rental needs. Since Hertz is an International brand, he should be culturally open & needs to abide to Hertz policy of customer details privacy. We are looking for a person with the right attitude, and the skills will be developed by training on the job. He will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, and service customers. Should be flexible with shift timings. Hertz operates 24/7 at the Erbil International airport and hence should be willing to adapt in working at night shifts. You shall be transferred within any branch offices within Erbil.   Language skills: (Kurdish & Arabic) with English language as a MUST. Turkish language is an added advantage for being selected.   Salary & benefits: You will start in as a trainee. The probation period is 6 months based upon which your performance is judged with an appraisal. After probationary period will be eligible for incentive. On completion of one year, eligible for the bonus (depending on achieving the rental targets).
