Job Title: 3D Artist Job Category: Full-Time Job Location: Iraq, Erbil, MCA Holding’s Office Reports to: CEO Supervises: N/A Hiring Agency: MCA Holding Erbil Job Overview: The 3D Artist will be responsible for creating three-dimensional creations, including models, animations, and visual effects, which are used in creative projects, including 3D Architectural videos. He/She is responsible for creating special drawings to match specific briefs utilizing a combination of hand drawing techniques and computer software. Duties of the Role: - Suggest and make creative 3D models and bring new ideas into design. - Calculate the amount of materials used in the design plus identifying the type of materials used in the design, providing in-detail information in this regard. - Assist the sales and marketing team with all aspects of projects design. - Make accurate sketches prior to converting it to a computer aided design. - Organize the soft and hard copies in a regular manner. - Calculate budgets and cost of small and big size projects. - Work closely with the CEO to determine the establishment needs in terms of making projects successful by being accurate, on-time and supportive. - Solve all types of critiques from multiple directors and departments during the 3D creation process. - Able to use printers, plotters, data shows and other visual screens. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Architecture / Civil or other engineering related fields. Experience: · Minimum of two-years relevant experience in a similar job position. Languages: · Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English. Working Hours: (8 hours per day, 6 days per week). Unique Requirements of the Job: 1. Excellent working knowledge of CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3DS Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects). 2. Motivated and willing to learn on a daily basis, keep updated about the 3D CAD creations and follow up with the technology trends in this regard. 3. Excellent report writing skills in English, Kurdish and Arabic. 4. Organized, able to work under pressure. 5. Does not have any other jobs. 6. Available for long working hours and being flexible in order to meet organizational goals.
