We're #hiring a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to supervise Caritas Czech Republic in Iraq's MEAL activities in its #Erbil and field offices. 👀 🔴Position: Monitoring And Evaluation Officer (6 months, full-time) 🔴Location: Erbil 🔴Requirements & Skills: - University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related field. - Proven computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of analytical and presentation software (e.g. Power BI, SPSS…etc.) are an advantage. - Knowledge of using coding and survey software like KoBo Toolbox and Microsoft Forms is a must. - Proven abilities to work with refugees, IDPs, and host communities. - 3 years (minimum) professional experience in MEAL, data management, and reporting. - Experience working with NGOs and demonstrated knowledge of humanitarian standards and codes of conduct. - Ability to work in a team, strong communication and community outreach skills, detail-oriented, honest, flexible. - Language skills: fluency in English and Arabic language skills are required.
