Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role plays a key part in supporting long-term financial strategy and ensuring strong financial control across the organization. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes 🔹 Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis 🔹 Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to senior management 🔹 Oversee cost control and identify cost-saving initiatives 🔹 Support treasury, cash flow, debt, and investment management 🔹 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls 🔹 Lead and develop the finance team Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or controlling (real estate experience preferred) ✔ Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting ✔ Knowledge of Iraqi GAAP and/or IFRS ✔ Advanced Excel skills ✔ Strong analytical and leadership skills ✔ Excellent Arabic (written & spoken); English preferred What We Value Accuracy, transparency, accountability, and strategic thinking.
