Raban Al Safina For Energy Projects are looking for: Proposal Specialist in Baghdad Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with business development to collect tender documents from customers. 2. Review customer’s tender documents and comprehend the scope of work, specifications, schedule, target price, payment terms, contractual provisions, terms & conditions, and customer's evaluation process (CTQs and KPI's). 3. Prepare partnership agreements with partner/contractor (NDA, MOU, JV/consortium agreement, etc…). 4. Coordinate with Execution to prepare/review and negotiate the technical part of the partner proposal. 5. Prepare/review, negotiate, revise and sign partner contract documents and required submission package. 6. Prepare and review customer proposals and required submission packages. 7. Coordinate with business development to submit the customer proposal package in due time and acceptable form, and follow up contract award by customer. 8. Prepare/review, negotiate and revise customer contract documents, and prepare required submission packages. 9. Coordinate with all stakeholders during the preparation, review, submission, negotiation, revision and finalization of customer and partner proposals (Management, Business Development, Logistics, Legal Consultant, Technical Consultant, Execution, HR, Finance, etc...). 10. Prepare Contracts Review Sheet (risk management, DOR matrix and milestones timeline). 11. Coordinate with Execution and Contract Performance Management to handover and review all customer and partner contract documents and Contracts Review Sheet. 12. Documentation management and archiving.
