Seeking a marketing director to develop strategies, manage campaigns, analyze data, and lead the marketing team for Nabdh Alkhaleej Real Estate Company in Baghdad.

🚹🚹 مطلوب موظف 🚹🚹 مطلوب موظف تتوفر فرصة عمل في شركة نبض الخليج العقارية في بغداد القسم : التسويق الوظيفة : مدير تسويق المهام 1. وضع استراتيجية التسويق: يقوم بتحليل السوق وفهم احتياجات العملاء والمنافسة، ثم يقوم بتطوير استراتيجية تسويقية شاملة للشركة. 2. تطوير العلامة التجارية: يعمل على بناء وتعزيز هوية العلامة التجارية للشركة من خلال تصميم الشعار والعبوات والإعلانات والمواد التسويقية الأخرى. 3. إدارة الحملات التسويقية: يخطط وينفذ حملات تسويقية مبتكرة وفعالة للترويج للمنتجات أو الخدمات وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية. 4. تحليل البيانات وقياس الأداء: يقوم بمراقبة وتحليل نتائج حملات التسويق وقياس كفاءتها وتأثيرها على المبيعات والعملاء. 5. إدارة الفريق: يشرف على فريق التسويق ويوجههم في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التسويقية وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة. 6. التعامل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق الرقمي، مثل إدارة صفحات الشركة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وتنفيذ حملات إعلانية عبر الإنترنت. الشروط و المهارات 1. خبرة قوية في مجال التسويق لا تقل عن ٣ سنوات و خبره في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق. 2. قدرة على تحليل السوق وفهم احتياجات العملاء. 3. قدرة على التعامل مع الميزانية وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة. 4. قدرة على إدارة المشاريع وتنظيم الأولويات والمواعيد النهائية. ممن لديهم المؤهلات اللازمة ارسال السيرة الذاتيه على البريد الإلكتروني ادناه : [email protected]
