Responsibilities • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs • Meet regularly with client focal points to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business • Conduct market research and gather information to identify new customers and new projects • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly • Perform regular follow-up on the open opportunities and update the status of each opportunity • Complete the required certificates and courses from our vendors and stay up to date with their new update and features below are some of the criteria we are looking for: • Had prior sales experience in IT and Technology (1-2 years). • Had previous marketing track record for IT & Technology • Knowledge in Networks, Cyber Security and Data center solutions is required. • Knowledge about Cyber Security and Information Security is a plus! • Ability to build, manage and maintain client relationship on enterprise level and across Iraq governorates. • Understand, analyze and execute sales plans for associated market segment. • Main responsibilities: engagement in sales, marketing and business development, come with new ideas to achieve sales revenues and sales growth, plan vertical sales strategies. • Years of experience: 2-4 years • Location: Baghdad What to expect • Work – life balance • Wide exposure • High development Qualified candidates may send their CVs to ([email protected]) with highlighting the post title, no later than the 15th of January 2023.
