A pharmaceutical company in Baghdad seeks an Event Coordinator with a bachelor's degree, fluent in English, and over 2 years of experience in travel and administrative tasks.

شركة دوائية في بغداد / الكرادة بحاجة إلى موظفة تعمل بصفة Event Coordinator (ترتيب سفريات / حجوزات تذاكر سفر/ تأمين صحي / حجوزات فندقية / مليء أستمارات تأشيرة شنغن / نقل وفود و مخاطبات مع شركات أجنبية لتنسيق الرحلات) مع أعمال أدارية مكتبية و بعمل مكتبي حصراً و دوام كامل وفقاً للشروط التالية: 1- أن تكون المتقدمة حاصلة في أقل تقدير على بكالوريوس و بخبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال شركات السياحة و السفر. 2- أن تكون المتقدمة على معرفة ممتازة باللغة الأنكليزية على مستوى المخاطبات التحريرية و الشفوية و صياغة النصوص الخاصة بمجال عملها. 3- أن تكون المتقدمة مُلِمة بتطبيقات Windows and Microsoft Office و برامج الحاسوب المختلفة. بالإضافة إلى التدريب المهني ستقوم الشركة بتقديم عقود عمل نظامية مشجعة للمنتسبة. يُرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية على الايميل التالي [email protected]
