We seek a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help drive our people-focused initiatives. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top talent. • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans. • Administer compensation and benefits programs, and keep them competitive and compliant. • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEO regulations, and other relevant employment laws. • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. • Implement and manage employee development and training programs. • Create and manage succession plans to build a robust talent pipeline. • Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives. • Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR planning. • Handle legal matters related to HR and maintain records accurately. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, at least 5 years. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of HR software (Odoo). • Exceptional leadership and management skills. • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
