🚹🚺 مطلوب موظفين وموظفات 🚺🚹 تعلن الجمعية التطويرية والتنموية لحقوق الإنسان عن فتح باب التقديم لشغل الوظائف التالية: أولاً: موظف/موظفة قسم الموارد البشرية – (HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) المهام والمسؤوليات: • إعداد وتنفيذ خطط التوظيف واستقطاب الكفاءات. • إجراء المقابلات وإدارة عملية الاختيار. • تطوير قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين. • المشاركة في وضع سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية. • متابعة أداء الموظفين الجدد خلال فترة التجربة. المتطلبات: • شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال، الموارد البشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة. • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال التوظيف أو الموارد البشرية. • إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office. • مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية. ثانياً: موظفين إداريين المهام والمسؤوليات: • إعداد وتنظيم الملفات والسجلات الإدارية. • متابعة البريد والمراسلات الرسمية. • تنسيق الاجتماعات وكتابة المحاضر. • دعم الأقسام المختلفة في تنفيذ المهام اليومية. المتطلبات: • شهادة جامعية (إدارة، لغات، أو تخصص قريب). • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة). • القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط. • مهارات تنظيمية عالية. 📩 التقديم: على الراغبين بالتقديم إرسال السيرة الذاتية على البريد التالي: 👉 [email protected] الراتب يبدأ من 700 الف وصاعدا يحدد بعد المقابلة ⚠️ يرجى كتابة المسمى الوظيفي في عنوان الرسالة. 🕑 آخر موعد للتقديم :20/09/2025
