Job Title: - Project Coordinator Location: - Sina'a St., Near University of Technology, Baghdad / Iraq Job Summary: - The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Manager to handle various tasks and activities which ensure data integrity and timely communication, in addition to helping with documents preparation and compilation. Key Responsibilities - Handle and organize the projects documents, including contracts, design documents, financial reports, and other related documents. - Assist in creating project implementation plans (PIP) with the direction of the project manager. - Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly progress and expenses report. - Provide administrative support to the projects team members. - Communicate with stakeholders and provide timely and relevant updates. Qualifications: - - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration. - Knowledge of office computer programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email. - Organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. Competencies: - 1- Behavioral: - Achievement Driven, Analytical Thinking, Team Work, Relationship Building, Initiative, Problem Solving. 2- Technical: - Verbal & Written Communication, Technology Application. 3- Language: - Arabic, English Mid-level (Read, Write, Conversation).
