SENIOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE Organization: International Organization for Migration (IOM) Location: Erbil, Iraq Contract: Sub-contract via Stars Orbit Consultants & Management Development Grade: Equivalent to G6 Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance and funding) Closing Date: 07 July 2026 Reference: CFA2020/IRQ/057 Key Responsibilities: • Support development and maintenance of case management and information systems. • Configure digital tools for data collection, integration, management, and reporting. • Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with data protection standards. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support testing. • Train staff and maintain system documentation and user manuals. • Develop data collection tools (Kobo, ODK) and Power BI dashboards. • Prepare reports and support system setup for government counterparts. Requirements: Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field with 4 years of experience; OR • High School diploma with 6 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: • C# .NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server. • Web application development, APIs, authentication/SSO. • Power BI dashboard development. • GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio. • Experience with data management systems and case management platforms. Languages: • Fluent English and Arabic (required). • Kurdish (preferred).
