We're Hiring | Project Engineer Specialization: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering RAS Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the Maisan Expansion Project. Location: Baghdad, Iraq ~ Level: Team Lead Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall execution of the project to achieve safety, quality, schedule, cost, and performance objectives. Develop and implement project execution strategies, plans, and resource requirements. Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project control activities. Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and cost performance. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans. Manage project contracts, variations, claims, and contractual obligations. Act as the primary point of contact with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations. Provide regular project status reports, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop the project team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 20+ years of relevant project engineering experience. Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
