تعلن شركة استثمار و تطوير عقاري في بغداد عن حاجتها الى QA/QC Engineer المهام و المسؤوليات : الإشراف الميداني اليومي على الأعمال الإنشائية لضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية والمخططات المعتمدة. إجراء الاختبارات الدورية للمواد الموردة للموقع (خرسانة، حديد، عزل، تشطيبات، إلخ) واعتمادها. إصدار تقارير فحص الجودة (Quality Inspection Reports) ورفع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) عند الحاجة. التأكد من التزام المقاولين ببروتوكولات السلامة والجودة ومعايير الكود. المشاركة في اجتماعات الموقع لتقديم حلول فنية للمشاكل الإنشائية التي تعيق معايير الجودة. متابعة عمليات الاستلام من الاستشاري والموافقات الفنية للمراحل الإنشائية المختلفة. المؤهلات المطلوبة: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات قطاع الإنشاءات والتطوير العقاري. معرفة عميقة بمعايير ومواصفات البناء الحديثة وتقنيات الاختبارات المعملية والموقعية. إجادة قراءة المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) والمخططات التعاقدية. مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج (MS Office, AutoCAD). يفضل الحاصلون على شهادات مهنية في الجودة. الراتب مجزي و يحدد حسب الخبرة و الكفاءة. للتقديم يرجى ارسال السيرة الذاتية على البريد ادناه مع كتابة (QA/QC Enginner) في حقل العنوان: [email protected]
