Looking for a Spa & Wellness Director with experience in luxury hospitality, leadership skills, and proficiency in English, to oversee wellness operations and develop guest wellbeing programs.
WE'RE HIRING – SPA & Wellness Director - Location: Erbil, SWAROS Hotel - Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM - Salary: To be discussed Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness Management, Business Administration, or a related field 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, fitness, or guest experience management within a luxury hospitality environment 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee wellness operations, spa services, fitness facilities, and guest wellbeing programs 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor 5. Ability to develop and implement wellness programs that enhance guest experience and align with hotel standards 6. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple services and schedules 7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage 8.
