We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Tax Manager for our Iraq Business Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance matters, developing and executing tax strategies, and ensuring that our operations in the Iraqi oil and gas sector comply with local tax regulations while supporting sustainable business growth. Job Title: Tax Manager Company: Anton Oilfield Services Group-Iraq Branch Department: Iraq Region - Financial Management Department Job Location: Baghdad Job Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Management, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields. 2.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, preferably within the oil and gas industry. 3.Strong knowledge of local tax laws and international tax regulations applicable in Iraq. 4.Proficiency in financial and tax software; strong Excel and reporting skills are essential. 5.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external tax authorities Job Requirements: 1、Responsible for tax calculation and filing. 2、Liaise with tax authorities, external lawyers, and auditors to identify and mitigate tax risks. 3、Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documents and assistance. 4、Demonstrate strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and willingness to travel to frontline sites as required.
