Sardar Group is looking to hire great talents within the Administration department to cover the Transportation Coordinator role in Erbil, as in the below requirements: Overall Objective of the Job The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for handling all transportations, general parts procurements, and paperwork issues. Key Responsibilities: Follows up on all affairs and paper work with private and public sector, based on supervisors’ requests. Performs procurement of general parts and material from local market according to the direct supervisor’s directions and Sardar Group Policies and Procedures. Drives the company’s vehicle to achieve certain tasks and comply with all traffic regulations and health & safety rules. Ensures maintenance of the vehicle, including daily cleaning, check tire pressure, brake fluid, engine oil, radiator, battery and wind screen washer levels. Delivers the express mails to different departments that are outside the branch. Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor. Job Requirements: · Valid driving license according to the required license type. · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position · English language is required.
