Job Description: Food Safety and ISO 22000 Trainer Position: Food Safety and ISO 22000 Trainer Location: Work Academy International Training Center, Iraq About Us: The Academy International Training Center and Employment Agency in Iraq is dedicated to providing top-notch training and development programs across various sectors. Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their respective fields. Job Summary We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable trainers specializing in Food Safety and ISO 22000 to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet international standards and industry best practices. This role requires a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of food safety principles, and expertise in ISO 22000 standards. Key Responsibilities - Develop Training Programs:Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations on food safety and ISO 22000 standards. - Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups, both in Class and online. - Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to ensure understanding and competency. - Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and support to trainees on the implementation and maintenance of food safety and ISO 22000 standards. - Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in food safety and ISO 22000. - Collaborate:Work closely with other trainers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of training and continuous improvement of programs. - Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards. Qualifications - Education:Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food safety management and ISO 22000 implementation and training. - Certification:Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or similar certification is highly desirable. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of food safety principles, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards. - Excellent teaching and presentation skills. - Ability to design and develop comprehensive training materials. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms. - Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic and Kurdish (both written and spoken).
