Join Our Team as a QA Specialist Position: QA Specialist Location: Baghdad / Jurf Al-Nadaf / National Health Factory Reports To: QA Manager Type: Full-Time Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field. • Familiarity with and practical application of QMS principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485 if specifically relevant to medical devices or pharmaceuticals). • Experience in conducting internal or external quality audits. • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and drive improvements. Experience in generating quality reports. • At least one year of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
