The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction, installation, and commissioning. Proficiency in English and knowledge of international standards are required.
Hiring – MEP Engineer Location: Basra, Iraq Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction, installation, and commissioning on large-scale EPC or industrial projects • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems (chilled water, VRF, split, and package units) • Familiar with QA/QC systems, inspection processes, and international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ASME, ASTM, IPC, and UMC • Experience in coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design software (e.g., TRACE Load, HAP, MIDEA VRF Selection Tool) • Fluent in English, capable of preparing technical reports and communicating with international consultants • International certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, IRCA QMS Lead Auditor) • Overseas project experience preferred; experience in the Middle East or North Africa is an advantage • Currently, only Iraqi nationals are eligible to apply 📧 Apply Now: [email protected]
