Job Vacancy Job Description: Part-Time ESL English Language Teacher Position Overview: Four Corners International Languages Institute is dynamic and passionate English language teachers to join our team for ESL classes. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker or native-like speaker with a strong command of the language. They should hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualifications and possess at least two years of experience teaching English as a second language. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to ESL learners. Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to students' language proficiency levels and learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and language acquisition. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective language learning program. Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments. Qualifications: Native English speaker or native-like proficiency in English. Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certifications are desirable. Minimum of two years of experience teaching English as a second language to diverse groups of learners. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of different learners.
