Hiring: Wellsite Drilling Supervisors / Cementing Specialists / Drilling Fluid Specialists For a company works at (Block-9 – Basra) through a Recruitment Agency. Positions Required: ➖ 11 Wellsite Drilling Supervisors ➖ 5 Cementing Specialists ➖ 5 Drilling Fluid Specialists Responsibilities: Supervise drilling, cementing, and fluid operations as per Company procedures and standards. Coordinate with internal departments, drilling contractors, and service companies to ensure smooth field operations. Monitor daily drilling and completion activities, and submit reports on operations and HSE performance. Identify operational risks and propose mitigation measures to ensure safe and efficient work progress. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, drilling programs, and operational guidelines. Support in problem-solving and troubleshooting of drilling, cementing, or fluid issues during field activities. Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, and review of service quality performance. Assist in inventory control, logistics support, and material management related to drilling operations. Qualifications: Minimum 10–15 years of experience depending on the position (drilling, cementing, or fluids specialization). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or relevant disciplines. Valid IWCF (Supervisor Level) certificate, H2S certificate, and Fitness to Work medical certificate (in English). Strong knowledge in drilling operations, cementing technology, and drilling fluid systems. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Preferably with experience working in Iraq or the Middle East region. Candidates must be Iraqi Nationals. Ability to work under a rotation system (28 days on / 28 days off). Contract Details: Contract Duration: 24 months (extendable for 12 months). Work Location: Block-9, Basra (Faihaa Field or Base Camp).
