ob description / Role Female- Operation & Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics Location: Erbil Salary Range: Negotiable Position Type: Full-time International Shipping/ Logistics company Responsibilities: • Good Knowledge in freight forwarding Terms (Incoterms) • Be Flexible and have good negotiation skills • Good communication skills • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner. • Follow up all the shipments • Maintain records of customer details / sales visits. • Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts. • Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales. Requirements • Minimum 2 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics • Excellent computer skills; including MS Offices (Excel, Outlook & Word) and other Programs and Software of Accounting • Fluent English and Arabic. • Meet and exceed revenue targets set per Segment/ Product. • Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.
