Job Title : Sales Engineer (Concrete batch plant) Location : slemani Job Overview : The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of our concrete products by building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities : • answering phone calls form clients. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects. - Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our concrete products. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and client satisfaction. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry. - Strong understanding of concrete products, construction processes, and industry standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
