A well-known company needs 2 shop agents in Kirkuk. Job Summary: Sell goods and services where technical knowledge is required in electronics and telecommunications. Telecom sales knowledge/experience preferred. responsibilities: • Selling company goods and services. • Preparing client contracts and saving them to a database. • Creating a customer profile and registering it in the system. • Recharging credits. • Weekly check-up with the accounting department to keep track of customer payments • Answering customer phone calls and presenting company’s new offers related to sales department. • Follow up with inactive customers to prepare a survey report for retaining customers. • Checking and configuration of D-Link devices when needed. • Entering data of (sold and sent) card amounts at all markets in an Excel sheet. • Checking, correcting, and deleting the profiles that are not needed in the system. • Changing packages for customers. • Checking and solving card issues. • Using Ticketing system and reporting to related departments. Requirements: • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Strong problem-solving skills- identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to complex problems. • Kurdish, Arabic, and Turkumany languages are a must. • Strong computer skills including MS software. • Flexible with new technologies. • Calm personality. • Minimum of one year of experience is required. Academic qualification: Bachelor or diploma in Business, IT, or any related field.
