we Are Hiring Job Tittle: Accountant Job Type: Full Time Location: Erbil Job Description AFAQ International Healthcare is pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of" Accountant ". We seek a qualified individual to strengthen our marketing efforts and drive our development. Responsibilities: • Audit financial information to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to regulations. • Perform year-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis to verify correctness of balances and general ledger entries. • Conduct internal audits of financial data to ensure proper inclusion in the budget. • Prepare and review internal expense accounts. • Process payroll and record all related financial transactions accurately. • Collect and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions. • Monitor and reconcile daily cash, manage daily cash collections, and provide periodic cash reports. • Reconcile bank accounts on a weekly basis and prepare corresponding reports. • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the finance department. • Generate monthly reports for the sales department based on agreed requirements. • Review returns with data entry staff prior to processing and follow up weekly to resolve issues. • Track, monitor, and report costs effectively. • Supervise monthly inventory counts and adjust discrepancies as needed.
