Al-Balsan is seeking an experienced Engineering Design Specialist for their TOSOT air conditioning division in Erbil. The role requires 2-4 years of professional experience in designing and air conditioning systems. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Design. Strong skills in AutoCAD, VRF software, and communication (Arabic, English, Kurdish) are essential. Responsibilities include managing fleet, site inspections, and additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
