Aland Butchery is seeking a Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for customers. Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information about our shop and products, serve and care for them while shopping. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our customer has a great experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Responsibilities • Welcome guests to our shop • Provide information about shop & products • Greet customers upon their departure • Coordinate with butchers for special VIP orders • Maintain a clean reception area • Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) Requirements • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess • Understanding of Food & beverage Retail industry • Familiarity with health and safety regulations • Demonstrable customer-service skills • Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the Shop • Availability to work in shifts as needed • High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus • Speak Kurdish and Arabic Apply at [email protected]
