Seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to grow sales, build customer relationships, and lead the sales team in Duhok, Iraq. Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding outlet coverage, managing customer relations, and analyzing KPIs within a leading FMCG company.
Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Akre – Duhok, Iraq Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Akre, Duhok. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a globally recognized FMCG organization that puts people at the heart of everything it does. Key Responsibilities Achieve volume targets and identify new sales opportunities Provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned area Expand outlet coverage through new customer acquisition while maintaining existing outlets Analyze SFE KPIs, improve performance, and ensure data accuracy in sales systems Ensure daily in-outlet execution in line with PicOS and RED standards Execute marketing initiatives and conduct regular customer visits based on route plans Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter-strategies Manage and optimize company assets (coolers, signage, activation materials, etc.) Ensure cooler efficiency and proper market execution Build strong customer relationships, focusing on key outlets to ensure loyalty Handle customer complaints within 48 hours according to company guidelines Maintain updated customer fact sheets and explain the profit story to customers Manage advance orders, receivables, stock, returns, and route setup Lead, motivate, train, and coach the sales team Manage concessions, team performance, and annual leave planning Prepare and submit monthly sales presentations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related function Strong communication and leadership skills Highly analytical and results-oriented mindset Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Upper-intermediate level of English (local language required if expatriate) Ability to travel when required Knowledge of CCI Sales Systems is an advantage Experience in managerial or cross-functional roles is a plus What We Embrace at CCI People-centered culture Equal Salary & Equal Opportunity commitment Global, diverse, and inclusive workplace Digital learning and leadership exposure Inclusive language, culture, and family-friendly policies Strong focus on sustainability and community impact About CCI CCI operates across 12 countries, serving over 600 million consumers with more than 10,000 employees.
