As a 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝, you will be responsible for overseeing the 𝒍𝒐𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 and 𝒖𝒏𝒍𝒐𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 operations of crude oil and refined products, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of cargo through the terminal. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 in OSBL and loading/unloading operations, as well as a 𝑫𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒎𝒂 𝒊𝒏 𝑶𝒊𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒂𝒔 and relevant certifications/licenses. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Kurdish, along with excellent safety awareness, strong communication and leadership skills, and good reporting and interpersonal abilities are also required.
