This role is not just administrative; it requires a leader who can manage the human logistics of a fast-paced production environment and a large temporary workforce during major events. ____________ 📍 Position Details • Location: Erbil, Gazna • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Field: Marketing, Production & Event Management ____________ 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Workforce Management: Oversee permanent staff and manage the recruitment/scheduling of large temporary crews for events and factory-style production. • Attendance Control: Implementing strict systems to manage and solve issues related to unstable employee attendance and punctuality. • Operational HR: Managing payroll, employee contracts, and internal policies within a production/factory setting. • Conflict Resolution: Acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a disciplined and productive work environment. ____________ ✅ Requirements & Experience • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience. Specific experience working within factories, industrial plants, or large-scale production companies is mandatory. • Languages: Must be highly fluent in 3 languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
