STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Geography, Planning, Environment Science, GIS & RS. Minimum master’s degree from a reputed university in the relevant disciplines. Experiences: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in consultancies for GIS and RS is required. • Expertise in climate change related project and programme (at least 2 similar assignments) is required. Language: High proficiency in Writing and Spoken Arabic and English is requirement. SCOPE OF WORK OF THE EXPERT • Support the team in GIS and RS fields whenever needed in coordination with the national partners in the federal and local levels including the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI). • Coordinate with the national experts on the planned areas of investment nation-wide. • Participate in the Facilitation the consultation workshops for the verification of the data collected and consolidation of the final report ensuring that the comments of the national partner taken into consideration. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
