Farage Printing Industries Customer Service Engineer Sulaymaniyah Job Overview Farage Printing Industries is a member of Farage Group, founded in 2011 in the north of Iraq as an exclusive distributor for all Xerox products, farage Printing Industries specializes in office automation and printing equipment. Farage Printing Industries Ltd. (Xerox Authorized Distributor) is looking to hire a Customer Service Engineer in Sulaymaniyah. Graduates of Computer Science or Communication Engineering are highly encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: – Perform the full range of maintenance on assigned products; including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, and retrofit. – Educate and train customers on replenishment of paper and toner, in addition to basic troubleshooting skills and easy fixes. – Assist other service representatives with on-call support, knowledge sharing & problem-solving. – Monthly (preventive) maintenance on equipment and make recommendations about upgrades or repairs. Requirements: Hold a bachelor degree (preferable in Computer Science or Communication Engineering) Proficiency in English, Arabic is a must, Kurdish is preferred.
