هەولێر Job Title: Cargo Operations Officer Department: Operation Location: Erbil Reports To: Cargo Operations Supervisor / Manager Gender: Female Only Job Summary: The Cargo Operations Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of inbound and outbound cargo shipments. This position supports the full logistics cycle—from cargo acceptance and documentation to coordination with carriers and warehouse teams—while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1- Coordinate daily cargo handling activities, including booking, acceptance, and dispatch of shipments. 2- Verify documentation such as Air Waybills (AWBs), customs declarations, and cargo manifests. 4- Ensure cargo is packed, labelled, and stored according to safety and handling requirements. 5- Liaise with freight forwarders, ground handling agents, and customs authorities to ensure timely processing. 6-Monitor cargo movement and provide status updates to internal teams and clients. 7- Assist in preparing load plans and ensuring accurate data entry into cargo systems. 8- Conduct physical checks and inspections to ensure cargo integrity and compliance. 9- Support post-flight documentation and discrepancy resolution. Adhere to all company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: 1- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2- (1–3) years of experience in cargo, or freight operations. 3- Strong organizational and communication skills. 4- Familiarity with cargo handling systems and documentation. 5- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. 6- Fluent in Arabic and Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
